Genda Phool aims to assist customers as much as possible, offering a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations are considered only if requested within 4 hours or before 12AM which is earlier of placing the order.

Cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to production and the shipping process has begun.

Perishable Items: Returns are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers and eatables.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

Quality Issues: Refunds are possible if the customer can prove that the product quality is not satisfactory to the customer service representative of Genda Phool. The Settlement amount will be decided by Genda Phool team.

Damaged or Defective Items: Report any damaged or defective items to Customer Service within 4 hours of receipt. The Genda Phool service team will verify the issue before processing any requests.

Mismatch with Expectations: If the product received does not match what is shown on the site or your expectations, contact Customer Service on the same day of receipt for review and action.

Manufacturer Warranty: For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for issues.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed and reflect in our Genda Phool Account within 7-10 days. For post paid subscription the amount is adjust in your final bill.

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Genda Phool's delivery partners.

Shipping Timeframe: Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Delays: Genda Phool is not responsible for delays by courier companies or postal authorities but guarantees to dispatch orders within the specified timeframe. Act of God, accidental delay are also not covered by Genda Phool..
