Does Genda Phool Deliver on Sunday?
At present we do not delivery on Sunday to maintain the work life balance of our delviery partners. We delivery 2 packets on Saturday to compensate for Sunday. We request you to keep the additional pack in the refrigerator to use it the next day.

How can I pause my Subscription?
With Genda Phool Daily, you can pause your service any time! Changes made after 12 AM will reflect in the Next working day due to production initiation. Example: If a customer pause/canel their subscription at 6AM in the morning, the flowers will still get delivered to them as the delivery partner is already on their way. If a customer pause/cancel their subscription the previous night before 12AM, the next day morning delivery will not happen. Hence, to pause/cancel the delivery, the customer must place the request on the previous night before 12AM otherwise the request will be considered for the next production day. Currently, we do not accept cash payments. You can make payments through our website using various online payment options.

Will subscription include the bill for the days I don't wish to take the flowers?
No, you will only be billed for the days you receive our service. Please make sure you make the changes to your delivery schedule before 12:00 AM to avoid unwanted delivery next day!

What time does Genda Phool deliver it's daily subscription pack?

Do you provide Jasood or Durva?
Yes, we do provide Durva upon request. Please mention your requirement while subscribing. Jasood is not a harvested flower hence we do not offer it as a product yet.

What is the length of a garland?
Our standard garlands are approximately 3 feet in length, but custom sizes can be made upon request. Order them now!

Yes, you can choose specific days for delivery even with an ongoing subscription. Please customize your delivery schedule through raising a customer support request. The Rates will be different from regular subscription, our team shall communicate the rates, upon agreement your request will be catered to.
